- STARS Counter hours for Ship Ticket Reservations are from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM (Mon-Fri) and 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Sat) on all working days.
- E-Ticketing hours for Ship Ticket Reservations are from 00:30 AM to 23:30 PM, every day.
- All sailings are subject to prevailing weather conditions or technical reasons. The Directorate of Shipping cannot be held responsible for any losses or schedule changes resulting from adverse weather or technical issues.

- Passengers must provide valid ID proof details when booking tickets through the E-ticketing Portal. The same original ID card must be presented during embarkation. Any discrepancies will result in a penalty of 10 times the ticket’s base fare. Read our T&C
- Passengers must report 2 hrs prior to the scheduled sailing. Embarkation gates will close 30 mins prior in Mainland, Inter-Island and Foreshore Sectors.
- Passengers are strictly advised to disembark only at the designated deboarding port as per their booking. Any passenger found in violation will be liable for legal penalties.

- Passengers holding concession tickets are required to produce valid concession ID issued by Central / State Government at the time of embarkation.
- Passengers travelling to Nicobar Group of Islands must possess Tribal Pass issued by A&N Administration. Foreign Nationals are not permitted to travel beyond Hut Bay (Little Andaman).
- The passengers will have to adhere to health advisories / protocols as are prescribed by the Govt. of India and A&N Administration.
